UNICAL Introduces PIN System to Enhance Student Privacy and Result Security
The University of Calabar (UNICAL) has implemented a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) system to boost the privacy and security of students’ results. This measure ensures that sensitive academic information remains protected and can only be accessed by authorized users.
The University of Calabar (UNICAL) has taken a significant step towards protecting students’ privacy and results by introducing a Personal Identification Number (PIN) system on the result checker portal.
This innovative measure aims to prevent unauthorized access to students result as well as safeguarding students’ sensitive information.
Effective immediately, students are required to create and input a unique PIN, along with their matriculation and registration numbers, to access their results on the portal.
Steps to Create Your Result Portal PIN as a UNICAL Student:
- Log in to the UNICAL exam portal.
- Click on “I don’t have PIN”.
- Enter your matriculation number and email address, then input your desired PIN (make sure it’s a PIN you can easily remember).
- Go back and log in using the PIN you just created.
